Can I have a look at the platform first?

Yes simply sign up for our free trial, after which you will be set on our freemium plan if you do not subscribe to a premium plan.  

What are the billing cycles?

The default billing cycle is Monthly.
If you have specific needs contact us.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa & Mastercard.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes you are always free to upgrade or downgrade simply connect to your account and in "Billing Plan" click on Manage my plan to access your portal. For downgrade you will need to finish your billing cycle (Monthly unless mentioned otherwise) before it becomes effective.

Are there any set up or overage fees?

The set up fee is included in the Basic support with the necessary ressources and followup from us. For complex implementation we strongly recommend the premium Support.

Their are no overage fee added. It is a usage base pricing we monitor the number of users and their role and bill accordingly every month.
